JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Planner to support the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion. The Project Planner will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timelines are met, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and reporting on project progress to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Civil Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or engineering projects.
  3. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other planning/scheduling tools.
  4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and workflow.
  5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Must be familiar with Civil Construction.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  1. Certification in Civil Construction or project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with P6 Sofetware or project control systems.
  3. Experience in multinational or large-scale project environments.
