HHLA PLT Italy is a multipurpose maritime terminal started in 2021, located in the middle of the fast-growing North Adriatic market. Here, the Expansion Project Team, carried out by the company Logistica Giuliana, is planning and executing a game changer phased project aiming to integrate the current facility into a state-of-the-art container and Ro-Ro terminal, making use of the most advanced technologies and expertise.
As part of our Expansion Project (Logistica Giuliana), The Project Planner & Controller Lead supports the Project Management with accurate budget control and project planning, developing the critical path and highlighting dependencies.
They also ensure that weekly and monthly reporting of the project controls (timeline, budget, resources and deliverables) is implemented, including advice on possible improvements or recoveries.
The Project Planner & Controller Lead is a pro-active communicator and collaborator across the project team gathering and sharing information. Lastly, they coordinate the Project Planning & Controls department, monitoring the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback, and guidance to ensure quality and productivity.
