Would you like to join in? 🚀 We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Planner to join our team in Aveiro. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing project schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery (OTIF), contributing directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Job Description Planning & Coordination: Monitor all technical activities, ensuring milestones are met according to workload limits and securing OTIF (On Time In-Full) delivery. Resource Management: Allocate and schedule activities for multidisciplinary technical teams (Layout, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Documentation). Project Controlling: Create, update, and maintain KPIs related to Lead time, Cost, Productivity, and delivery accuracy. Data Analysis: Monitor progress, anticipate delays, and implement corrective actions through advanced data reporting. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leaders, and Production teams to ensure resource availability. Reporting: Conduct regular reporting to technical teams and upper management. Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in project planning or industrial scheduling. Advanced MS Excel (mandatory) and Power BI. Programming knowledge (VBA or other automation/data tools). Knowledge of SharePoint (sites, lists, libraries). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills to work in an international environment. Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
