PROJECT PLANNING AND COORDINATION:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and factory foremen to understand design concepts, spatial requirements, and project scope.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and site plans using Primavera and other relevant project management tools.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the engineering team to ensure smooth execution of the project plan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Project Manager in interior fit-out projects, especially in retail spaces.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, retail space planning, and visual merchandising.
• Familiarity with production materials, finishes, and fixtures suitable for retail environments.
• Understanding of building codes, safety standards, and regulations related to interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in project management software, especially Primavera and other related tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing retail spaces.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with evolving project requirements.
• Strong ability to plan and organize work schedules, assign tasks, and lead teams effectively.
