Description
Supports sales function by creating project schedules and related support material for use in KONE estimates and proposals. * Designs, constructs and maintains cost and resource loaded schedules for projects in execution and pro-actively highlights resource and time challenges in meeting schedule requirements. * Interacts directly with customers to clearly understand overall project requirements and milestones in order to integrate construction master schedules with those specific to KONE scope. * Bridges potential misalignment between KONE Supply Line and Front Line, by actively checking project schedules and identifying and suggesting corrective actions and scheduling opportunities. * Assists local Project Manager in the development and maintenance of existing schedules performing critical path, acceleration and gap analysis as required. * Assists in project performance analysis and forecasting based on Critical Path and Earned Value. * Maintains accurate records of schedule development through the lifetime of the Project. * Ensures bespoke customer reports and contractual planning obligations are understood and fulfilled. * Provides support to Project Team and management in relation to EOT claims and Cause and Effect’ scheduling. * Assists in project risk analysis. * Contributes in the development of planning processes and best practices and assists with their implementation and guides, supports and trains project teams in their application.
