WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Project Planning Coordinator (PPC) will be an important part of the team, working with Project Managers on large projects. The primary activity will be to assist with the development and updates for project plans, including identify scope, scheduling, and staffing of design projects. This person will assist in the preparation of proposals using project planning data and other planning tools, assist with client and consultant invoicing and other contractual tasks.
Our preferred candidate will have prior experience in the AEC industry, and an interest in working in a dynamic global design environment with a diverse range of public assembly building types, including sports venues, convention centers, and transportation facilities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in the AEC industry.
  • Proficiency in Deltek Vision is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
