We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Engineer – Fit-Out to join our professional team and play a key role in ensuring our projects are planned, tracked, and delivered successfully.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in project planning within the interior fit-out sector in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out execution processes, sequencing, and site coordination.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Familiar with UAE building codes, authority approvals, and local regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD for understanding project drawings.
  • Experience in integrating planning with procurement and logistics.
  • Exposure to commercial, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project for fit-out works.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Prepare and update baseline programs, weekly/monthly progress reports, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate potential delays, and recommend recovery plans.
  • Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and critical path activities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and client requirements.
  • Integrate planning with cost control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and support in claims and extension of time submissions when necessary.
