Company Description PBF Budgets: Multi-annual projects budget including DALIA Infills (circa 217 at FID), Dalia Lifex Phase 1 (circa 862 MUSD), GIRLIFEX topside (circa 286 MUSD) and Dalia Closed Flare (circa 96.3) Projects. Missions:  The service holder is responsible for the planning aspects of DALIA Infills project (but not limited to) and especially with the several SURF CTRs based in Europe.  The service holder is responsible for the planning aspects of GIRLIFEX (topside), SPS for all Projects (but not limited to) and drilling follow up.  The service holder is responsible for the planning aspects of Kaombo COW, KARI Phase 1.  The service holder reports to the PBF Planning Leader (Angola) and will be operationally managed by PBF Planning & Reporting Leader/ Project Control Manager.  The service holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements and for implementing and controlling HSSE rules within his area of responsibility.  The service holder shall observe strict confidentiality in the performance of his duties Job Description 1. To promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing. 2. To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities. 3. To ensure that state of the art, TEPA referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements. 4. To work by anticipation. 5. With the spirit of the client values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the Projects. 6. To promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives. 7. To keep the PBF Lead Planner (Angola), the Package Manager & Leaders and all the relevant parties informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the Package Manager & Leaders on relevant actions/decisions. 8. To analyse and update the Packages’ planning in order to provide efficient information to the PBF Lead Planner (Angola). 9. To manage and comment contractors and vendor’s procedures, detailed schedules and periodic progress measurement including regular spot-checks. 10. To define Key indicator in order to control the packages’ planning performance and to warm management if required. 11. To analyse and perform simulations of any events with an impact on the package schedule, to propose corrective actions when package may be or is delayed, taking into account other PBF Project/Packages, contractors and vendors workload and local content. 12. To manage Planning Interfaces between CTRs on project perimeter. 13. To participate to internal or external audits. 14. To liaise with Cost Controller to ensure the consistency with the package invoice process (progress). 15. To liaise with Contract Engineer to ensure the consistency with the package Change Order process (schedule impact). 16. To define the resources need and to liaise with HR for the planners’ recruitment process. 17. To feed the HSEQ team with all the REX & Lessons learnt info regarding the projects’ planning (whatever the phases: CFT, Execution). 18. To help the PBF Lead Planner (Angola) for the Package / Project schedule review and risk analysis, Special Studies included. 19. To participate on the planning definition for the coming CFT (new projects) with potential new CTRs and to ensure the communication between Paris Luanda. 20. To do all tasks requested by its management. JD Qualifications Education: A degree/diploma qualification or equivalent in related discipline field and/or Oil & Gas construction projects. 10 years’ experience in related discipline works and a suitable general knowledge in oil and gas industry Full understanding of areas critical to the success of large complex projects: safety, environmental, work organization, cost, schedule, quality, organizational competency, and reputational risk. Strong HSE culture and safety leadership, effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence critical decisions. Strong English written and verbal communication skills required. Portuguese or French is advantageous.
