Description

Position 1: Responsible for the courier incentive schemes and efficiency evaluation. Ensure that the incentive plans are reasonable and achievable for couriers. Accountable for promoting delivery-based incentive programs and analyzing their effectiveness. Position 2: Responsible for mapping the delivery area for branches and couriers, including the initial application of the three-segment code. Review and evaluate the logic and coverage of the area mapping to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Job Requirements: Proficient in Mandarin for daily communication Skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office or WPS Capable of basic data processing and document preparation Background in internet or logistics industry is preferred Able to understand process design logic and demonstrate innovative thinking Willing to travel domestically within Indonesia Strong time management and self-motivation skills
