• The client has an immediate need for a Portfolio Tool Developer/Analyst with strong Smartsheet experience and Planview PPM Pro
• The PMO is currently immature and inconsistent, with project data scattered across Excel, PPM, and Smartsheet.
• The role will focus on maturing portfolio management, creating standards for documentation, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and building systematic portfolio health tracking through metrics and dashboards.
• This person will be both technical and functional—partnering with vendors to build the Smartsheet solution while ensuring PMs input quality data.
• They should have prior experience consolidating disparate project data into a single tool with rollups, standardization, and improved customer experience.
