Description

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle using established PPM methodologies. Develop and implement governance frameworks and reporting dashboards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within delivery and PMO operations. Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement across multilingual teams (English + Spanish). Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards. Support implementation of PPM tools and data-driven analytics for improved visibility and decision-making. Apply a strong analytical mindset to transform data into actionable insights. Manage large stakeholder ecosystems and complex transformation programs. Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills—both in English and Spanish. Hands-on experience with Planview or equivalent PPM tools preferred Spanish Language Proficiency: Professional fluency required for stakeholder communication. Certifications: At least one mandatory: PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner APM (Association for Project Management) MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) PMP (Project Management Professional) Strong understanding of PPM frameworks, portfolio reporting, governance, and enterprise PMO operations.
