About the Job Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Expert is responsible for analyzing our PPM processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize operations, and drive business success. The expert collects and challenges requirements, designing solutions with a systematic approach to simplification, while modeling, describing, and documenting these solutions from end-to-end to ensure usability and alignment with business objectives. The PPM Expert guarantees compliance with Group architecture standards and ensures that security, performance, resilience, and simplification considerations are integrated into solution designs. Additionally, the role is responsible to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business success. What you do The key responsibilities are: Evaluate the organization's processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, with a focus on simplification while ensuring comprehensive information gathering. This enables top management to make informed decisions and maintain full control and compliance over the project portfolio, guaranteeing high-quality and timely availability of information. Design and re-engineer effective solutions that meet business objectives with a strong emphasis on user experience, ensuring that processes are intuitive and accessible for all stakeholders. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to co-design solutions and ensure solutions meet business needs and overall AZT strategy Ensure solutions comply with Group architecture standards and integrate considerations for security, performance, resilience, and simplification into the design. What you bring Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Project Portfolio Management or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record in optimizing business processes and systems, along with extensive experience in modeling and documenting complex solutions. Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with familiarity with PPM SNOW software and processes. Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with demonstrated leadership abilities to influence and drive change. Project Management Expertise: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, focusing on delivering results within deadlines and budget constraints. Compliance and Improvement Focus: Understanding of Group architecture standards and best practices, with a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement initiatives Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
