Job Description The Project Portfolio Manager is responsible for the strategic steering and governance of the Corporate IT project landscape. This role ensures that the portfolio is prioritized, balanced, and aligned with overall business goals. By managing a team of Project Managers and enforcing a standardized PM framework, the Project Portfolio Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality Professional PM Services and maintains seamless alignment between Corporate IT and other enterprise portfolios. Responsabilities: 1. Portfolio Management & Strategic Alignment Drive the end-to-end management of the Corporate IT project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives directly support strategic objectives and OKRs. Actively align the Corporate IT Portfolio with other business portfolios to identify dependencies, resolve resource conflicts, and ensure enterprise-wide synergy. Lead portfolio planning and prioritization cycles to ensure the roadmap remains realistic and value-driven. 2. PM Framework Governance Oversee the implementation and maturation of the AUTODOC PPM methodology across all Corporate IT initiatives. Enforce standardized project documentation and governance artifacts, including Business Cases, Decision Logs, and Status Reports. Facilitate formal stage-gate reviews to ensure projects meet quality standards before proceeding to the next phase. 3. Team Management (Professional PM Services) Lead and manage a team of Project Managers responsible for the hands-on execution of the Corporate IT roadmap. Ensure direct reports provide high-quality PM services by monitoring project health, budget adherence, and delivery timelines. Act as a mentor and escalation point for the team, fostering professional growth and project management excellence. 4. Reporting & Portfolio Analytics Develop and maintain automated portfolio dashboards providing real-time visibility into project status, milestones, and health. Deliver high-level insights and executive summaries to the Director Enterprise Technology and other C-level stakeholders. 5. Financial & Benefit Tracking Partner with Finance to monitor portfolio-level budget utilization and manage financial variances. Establish and oversee a benefits realization framework to measure the post-implementation success of Corporate IT investments. 6. Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory Serve as the primary point of contact for business leads regarding the Corporate IT project roadmap. Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate smooth project intake and cross-functional collaboration. 7. Continuous Improvement & Methodology Drive the evolution of PMO tools and processes, incorporating feedback from project teams to simplify and improve delivery efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends in Portfolio Management to ensure AUTODOC remains at the forefront of PMO best practices. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Strong experience in portfolio and project management, stakeholder management and risk analysis. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, preferably within e-commerce. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in leading project teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
