As a Project Portfolio Manager on our America’s Engineered Solutions team, you will be responsible for NSSS and PRA Engineering projects. This portfolio includes 100+ projects ranging in size from small ( You will report to the Director of Major Projects. This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in leading large, complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
  • Trained and skilled in financial, cost and contract management aspects of managing a project.
    We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $144,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year. \

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize event-free and error-free execution of projects
  • Responsible – through the performance of project managers – to meet or exceed as-sold financial objectives of all contracts (MAD>MAS), as well as Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Work with partner organizations to formulate strategies and cost estimates for new projects.
  • Meet all project portfolio contract commitments.
  • Maintain consistent project management systems and controls for various projects assuring senior management is provided with up-to-date and accurate reports of each project status.
  • Establish staffing levels and annual budgets for project operations. Make job assignments, supervise and direct efforts of department personnel. Replace or supplement personnel to maintain organizational excellence.
