• To establish portfolio management for infrastructure projects in the Engineering division of IWB's Networks business unit and to sustainably implement it with uniform processes, standards and suitable tools.
• Review, evaluate and prioritize project proposals and develop the basis for investment and implementation decisions.
• Manage the entire infrastructure project portfolio using KPIs and reporting, illustrate dependencies and synergies, identify risks early and initiate optimization measures.
• Plan financial resources and available capacities across the project portfolio and manage the budget process jointly with controlling.
• To shape cross-functional collaboration with Asset Management, Network Services and other specialist departments, and to anchor portfolio management within the organization.
