YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Background: You have a consulting or project management background with extensive experience in managing your stakeholders effectively
  • Experience: You come with Human Resource domain knowledge as well as profound experience in Human Resource process implementation and/or project management in a metrics organized company
  • IT skills: You are an expert in MS Office package (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.), experience with HR software and tools (e.g. Workday) is a plus
  • Additional skills: You bring analytical skills with a strategic mindset and hands-on mentality to implement processes in a complex organizational setting
  • Languages: You are fluent in English, German is a plus
Responsibilities
  • You define a conceptual framework for efficient and effective process and project management for HR
  • You analyze and evaluate our existing HR process landscape, identify process weaknesses as well as potential for improvement and initiate measures for automation, consistent simplification and reduction of administrative work
  • You identify improvement opportunities within HR and manage solution implementation in an efficient and timely manner
  • You analyze and implement global standards across the business units by introducing policies, quality gates/checks, trainings etc.
  • You research new trends within the HR market and implement them into the SIXT organization
