SKILLS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• BS or MS Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Five or more years of engineering experience.
• Project Management experience, with an established track record of successful execution. This experience should be related to engineering or construction.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and chemical utilities processes; define problems, collect and analyze data, establish causation, and implement corrective or improvement actions.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

The Project Process Utilities Engineer collaborates closely with Test Engineering, Data Acquisition and Automation, Maintenance and Fabrication, and Operations teams to efficiently and effectively lead installation and process improvement projects within the Testing and Applied Sciences Departments. The Project Engineer will also actively work with stakeholder groups to identify, design and implement process improvement and efficiency opportunities within the organization. Ultimately, the Project Engineer will support the overall Testing mission to provide high quality, cost-effective, and timely testing solutions to demonstrate the performance and value of Lubrizol products.
