Who are we looking for? We are looking for YOU – team player to join our department in the position of Project Procurement Specialist. You would assure successful delivery of SLOVNAFT (MOL) Group's CAPEX investments. You would be the focal point for all procurement-related activities for a project and a potential part of the project management team. If you are self-driven and motivated we are looking for a potential candidate with future growing and leadership ambitions. What will you do? Accountability for management of CAPEX/Project Procurement function and contract execution of projects (+5mn USD) within his/her scope in the specific region Ensure achievement of defined objectives and KPIs, incl. delivery of savings targets, keeping budget accuracy and project timeline Contribute to the provision of project requirements and data for strategy development; participate in cross-functional category working groups; align with project stakeholders Drive relevant project tender preparation, negotiation and contracting Be in charge of procurement deliverables of projects along MOL stage gate process incl. procurement strategies and supplier selection according to LDA Ensure onboarding and pre-qualification of suppliers and contribute to supplier performance and risk evaluation of category management Coordination of the tender team, stakeholder management and solving more complex cases What do we expect? At least 2 years of experience in the Project Procurement field or 3+ years of experience as a Sourcing Buyer/Specialist, Fluent English Experience with contract management and negotiations Experience with working in an international organization is a plus Experience with a sourcing project coordination and solving more complex cases What do we offer? Responsibilities

Manage the CAPEX/Project Procurement function and ensure contract execution for projects over 5 million USD. Drive project tender preparation, negotiation, and supplier selection while coordinating with stakeholders.
