Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement planning and project support, ideally within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. Strong understanding of EPC / turnkey project procurement, including technical specifications, commercial terms, and risk considerations. Demonstrated expertise in supplier qualification, contract negotiation, and subcontractor management. Hands-on experience with sourcing, category management, and vendor onboarding. Experience coordinating with engineering, legal, logistics, and project delivery teams to ensure smooth procurement execution. Fluency in English and Dutch.
