Description

Our Core Lines Content Enablement team will provide continuous focus on delivering state of the art core products and insights to our customers, staying current with digital optimization and transformation. Our focus is on authoring and delivering content to meet our customers’ evolving needs with speed and perpetual focus. This team will directly collaborate with our Core Lines Product teams, Strategic Operations teams, Reimagine Transformation teams, as well as our technology, government, legal and marketing partners.

As part of a small staff of line-of-business experts you will collaborate with all stakeholders. This means inviting perspectives, contributions, and partnerships within the team, the unit, the company, and with our customers and business partners.

  • You are expected to use your knowledge of ISO products and systems and think deeply and creatively about how such products/processes can be improved for both customer and the core lines team
  • Advise and consent on all reimagine projects affecting core lines
  • Work with the Digital Product Owners and technology teams to provide business requirements and ensure they are met during development
  • Assist with implementation of new systems which includes testing for functionality and quality
  • Provide support and guidance to core line teams to ensure a smooth transition to new systems
  • Prepare reports and communicate effectively with Core Lines management as well as their teams
  • At least three years of experience working in a CPS and/or Product Development unit.
  • Have excellent ISO product knowledge of at least one LOB
  • Must be familiar with a few or more key products (Forms, CLM, Hub, Panels, MLCT, Content Manager, etc.)
  • Have experience reviewing/assessing customer inquiries and evaluating how to respond
  • Pro-active problem solver
  • Knowledge of Sitecore is a plus
