Description

Education: Bachelor's degree Certifications: Prince 2 or PgMP preferred. Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance industries Experience: 3 years in leading Medium to large scale BPS Projects/ Programs Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. RAID documentation and management To work remote, individuals must meet all the established Remote requirements including those pertaining to a home workspace and related technology. Develop and implement comprehensive project and program plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor and report on project/program performance metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity. Manage budgets, track expenditures, and conduct financial analysis to maintain cost efficiency. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights and performance analysis. Facilitate process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership. Mentor and train team members on project management best practices and tools. Management monitors all technical issues and agent downtime.
