With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you'll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday Role accountabilities: * Lead and coordinate stakeholder engagement to align project priorities and ensure on-time delivery. * Develop and manage detailed project schedules and timelines. * Oversee management of Requests for Information (RFIs), contract variations, and progress payment procedures. * Coordinate construction procurement processes to support project requirements. * Supervise site works including Fit out, MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire), and structural site activities. * Manage end-to-end on-site implementation of construction projects ensuring adherence to quality standards. * Ensure compliance with site health and safety practices and relevant regulations. * Prepare accurate and timely minutes of meetings, documenting action items, decisions, and key discussion points for accountability and follow-up. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as schedules, status reports, and risk logs to support timely delivery and risk mitigation. * Oversee project closeout and handover processes to ensure smooth transition. * Utilize project management tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Planner, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Procore to enhance project tracking and reporting. * Adjust work shifts as necessary to collaborate effectively with Alaska-based Project Managers and clients. * Lead, guide, and coach junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure project success. Qualifications & Experience: * Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project and program management, preferably within multinational companies or in US, UK, EU, AUS projects. With at least 7 years in managing and leading a team in delivering large and complex multi-disciplinary projects and or programs. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, etc.), master’s degree an advantage  * Proficiency or knowledge in Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Planner, ACC, and Procore is highly desirable. * Understanding of construction procurement processes and site operations including Fit out, MEPF, and structural activities. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed meeting minutes. * Strong track record of overseeing complex projects and programs, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results.  Why Arcadis?
