Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and backlog grooming Support Agile teams while coordinating dependencies across all teams Drive sprint execution, track velocity, identify blockers, and remove impediments Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog Coach teams on Agile best practices and contribute to Agile maturity Monitor delivery metrics using Jira; create reports and dashboards for visibility Own cross-team planning and communication with internal and external partners Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership Knowledge of software development practices and system integration
