We are seeking a Project & Program Management Consultant I to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple low-complexity projects or programs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives, stay on schedule, and adhere to quality standards. You will gain hands-on experience managing project lifecycles while building project management skills under mentorship from senior managers. Accountabilities As a Project & Program Management Consultant I, you will: Assess and report project or program health, providing transparency and accurate status updates. Engage stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Provide direction and oversight to ensure projects meet business requirements and success factors. Coordinate, document, and communicate project plans, deliverables, and requirements. Act as an internal advocate for your projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate project risks or issues as needed. Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs while supporting team execution. The ideal candidate will have: 2 or more years of experience in project or program management (preferred). Familiarity with project planning, budgeting, and risk management practices. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. Ability to organize multiple tasks, track progress, and deliver results within timelines. Analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively address project challenges. Capacity to work in a structured, mentorship-driven environment and take initiative when required.
