With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you'll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday Role accountabilities: Work within established standard operating procedures to assist in tasks such as but not limited to the production of delivery output and schedules for projects, monitor and review project information, in order to identify any discrepancies and ensure management has access to up-to-date and accurate project information. Prepare documents such as project plans and schedules by collating and interpreting data Analyze project data and trends to develop recommendations that aid senior colleagues in decision-making Proactively monitor and evaluate project management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and advise on enhancements Initiation & Planning: Develop baseline schedules, risk registers, and reporting frameworks. Execution: Monitor progress, update schedules, track milestones, and manage risks. Commissioning & Close-Out: Validate schedule performance, reconcile deliverables, and prepare close-out reports. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent. Track progress, identify variances, and recommend recovery plans. Coordinate with on-site teams to validate schedule data and dependencies. Maintain risk registers and support mitigation planning. Conduct trend analysis and scenario modeling for schedule impacts. Escalate critical risks and issues to leadership promptly. Prepare weekly/monthly project performance reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with global project control standards and client requirements. Support audits and quality assurance processes. Act as the offshore liaison for project controls, ensuring seamless communication with on-site teams. Provide guidance on tools, templates, and best practices for planning and reporting. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering Services, IT or related field Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in project and program management, including at least 3 years leading teams on large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Proficiency in project/program management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Aconex and Procore) and familiarity with methodologies/frameworks (e.g., PMI, APM, Agile) and highly skilled in MS Office application Preferably with professional certification or chartered status (APM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP etc.) commissioning /MEP credentials are advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively interact with high-level stakeholders, build relationships, and negotiate with external parties.
