Responsibilities

As a Project Program Manager, you will lead the creation and continuous updating of the overall project program using Microsoft Project. Your role will ensure project sequencing, durations, and milestone dates are realistic, accurate, and continuously aligned with the actual on-site progress. You will be responsible for liaising with various package managers, coordinating updates, and driving timelines to keep the project on schedule. Strong forecasting and coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain the master construction program using MS Project
  • Communicate with package managers to ensure accurate and realistic timelines
  • Monitor critical path activities and manage sequencing to avoid clashes or delays
  • Produce weekly/monthly lookahead programs for client and stakeholder reporting
  • Adjust programs based on changes, delays, and procurement timelines
  • Provide program support in authority approval tracking (DA/CC, permits, etc.)

Experience and Skills:
