Position: Delivery lead

• Industry experience at some level
• ALIP experience/exposure a bonus
• Basically a strong project/program manager who can roll up their sleeves, develop schedules and get teams to deliver them.
• Needs to be dynamic and somewhat senior as they will be creating schedules and update/communication processes that don’t currently exist
• Will start as individual contributor then get one or two people in India to support them

• Maintain med/high-level 3-12 to 18+ month ALIP Config Delivery Roadmap – plan, track and communicate what is being delivered when based on short and long term capacity (in close conjunction with the actual BC and PC teams).
• Capacity/schedule/roadmap planning with each PI/AO (scrum) team for their roadmaps and an overall releases scope tracking calendar (in close conjunction with the actual BC and PC teams).
• Coordinating sizing exercises, annually and ongoing.
• Including coordinating new/changed intake and impact to all schedules and releases
• Manage “smoothing " of delivery by scrum teams to fit available capacity by release - e.g. “now that we have rough ideas on size, we can do x and y this month but x needs to be next month and a needs to be the month after”.
• Support Tech Lead in tracking of stories for each release - ensuring and guiding scrum teams to meet pre-dev deadlines, ensuring story completeness, work status and deliverables, current and upcoming, across all 5 scrum teams.

• Monthly monitoring of Self Suff work and $ ramp up (AZL) / down (Client). Drive adjustments as needed
• Coordinating with Client on their budget reporting so consolidated reporting can be maintained
• Self Suff monthly budget management
• Resource planning with Client for work AZL teams need support on or need to turn back to Client.
• Coordinate monthly ALIP Exec meetings – materials, pre-alignment, and ensure follow-ups are delivered
