Job Description Supporting responsible commercial or project purchasing manager in daily working tasks Supporting with creation of official RFQs in official Bosch PJM platform Updating excel tables regularly Handling of daily tasks in SAP (download of documentation, system checking, update of records) Participation in part and production release process Participation in the engineering change process (ECR) Active participation in all regular meetings Supporting continuous benchmarking process Supporting supplier negotiations and technical discussions Qualifications Recent graduate or last year student: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences or comparable field of study Proactive and driven Creative, with attention to details Target oriented thinking Open to learn new things and grow with the team Good communication and organization skills Advanced knowledge of English German language is an advantage Very good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel, VBA is an advantage) Quick and agile learner Additional Information The help of a mentor that will guide you through your own projects Experienced colleagues, the international environment will help you grow your knowledge and skills Being part of a great team will challenge you personally and professionally Paid full-time internship with flexible working hours, so you can be on track with faculty activities Access to the latest tools and technology from the market Free lunch at the canteen and organized transportation If you believe this internship is made for you, please send your CV in English using Apply button. Responsibilities

The intern will support the commercial or project purchasing manager with daily tasks, including creating official RFQs on the Bosch platform and regularly updating Excel tables. Responsibilities also involve handling daily SAP tasks, participating in part and production release processes, and supporting supplier negotiations.
