We are looking for a permanent position for our client based in the canton of Bern for a Project Quality Assurance Manager (a) 100% Aufgaben Develop and implement local quality procedures and work instructions to align with contractual requirements, local standards, and Elbit’s Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct internal and external quality audits and reviews. Prepare, collect (from vendors), review, and submit comprehensive data packages to customers. Manage delivery and acceptance events (e.g., materials, platforms) in collaboration with customers. Handle QA-related issues with local subcontractors and suppliers. Investigate and analyze non-conformances through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate approvals with customers. Perform Source Inspection (SI) at sub-contractor's facilities. Conduct acceptance inspections on incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. Qualifikation Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management. Background in Electronics, Mechanics or System Engineering – an advantage. Knowledge in Swiss Federal Acts requirements – an advantage. Experience in quality conformity audits. Hands-on experience in source inspections of cables, mechanical and electrical assemblies, and complex systems. Demonstrated ability to lead complex system delivery events. Experience working with the Swiss Army – an advantage.
