Responsibilities

As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Establishing and executing project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.
  • Ensuring customer quality requirements, feedback of experience (FOE)/lessons learned are taken into account in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.
  • Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
  • Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or have equivalent work experience in a similar role.
  • Have prior experience being the quality focal point of post load out investigations actions and managing customer Issue Resolution (CIR) process.
  • Have prior experience ensuring all customer concerns are addressed, managing the inspection requirement and subsequent activities throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Have prior experience identifying improvements in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes
