You bring a sharp engineering mind, practical problem-solving skills, and a track record of turning complex plans into on-time, high-quality project outcomes.

• A Trade or Engineering (Electrical or similar) qualification and/or a Diploma in Project Management. Additionally, you must possess experience delivering electrical utility projects.
• Experience in the Energy Supply Industry, ideally in substation delivery
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, @Risk, Expert Estimator

Help deliver the infrastructure that powers modern Australia. As a Project Engineer with Power Projects Team , you’ll drive the design and delivery of high-voltage substation & BESS projects across New South Wales.
With a structured 10:4 DIDO/FIFO roster and a generous site uplift, plus LAHA, this is an opportunity to advance your career while working on meaningful energy infrastructure projects. This role is on a fixed-term basis and will be assessed after 12 months.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Assess risks in construction to ensure safe execution and compliance with environmental and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage construction engineering activities to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and quality-driven project delivery.
• Lead by example and consistently promote key aspects of Zero Harm when working with operational teams.

• Collaborate with project teams to form active and effective business improvements that eliminate waste and minimise operational costs.Take the lead in managing subcontractors while advising on commercial matters and performance.
