Job Description Lead project Quality Assurance (QA), serving as the main Quality interface for the Project Director/Manager and the Customer on Quality issues. Ensure regulatory and quality compliance by developing quality strategies, managing QA/QC requirements, identifying risks for potential non-conformities proactively. Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation to achieve project objectives and regulatory standards. Train and support project teams on Quality Systems, tools, and processes, promoting continuous adherence to standards. Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality issues and implementing solutions using 8D/RCA, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years' experience in Project/Site Quality Management, including welded constructions. Knowledge of harmonised standards (e.g., EN 12952, EN 13480, EN 1090) and ASME BPVC, with expertise in Welding (e.g IWE), NDT methods (e.g RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and corrosion protection (e.g FROSIO). Familiarity with quality and project management tools/ processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 8D) and relevant UK/EU directives (e.g., PED 2014/68/EU, MRL 2006/42/EC). Proficient in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus. Willingness to travel, up to 20%.
