We are looking for a Senior Project Quality & Safety Specialist to oversee and ensure quality compliance and safety standards across IBMS data center projects. The role will be responsible for implementing quality systems, enforcing HSE protocols, and supporting project teams in delivering safe and compliant execution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ✅ Quality Management Implement and monitor project quality plans for IBMS/Data Center projects Ensure compliance with client specifications, technical standards, and QA/QC processes Conduct quality inspections, audits, and site reviews Manage non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) Ensure proper documentation for testing, commissioning, and handover ✅ Safety (HSE) Management Drive implementation of health, safety & environment (HSE) practices at project sites Conduct site safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks Ensure compliance with EHS policies, safety norms, and statutory regulations Identify hazards and implement risk mitigation measures Lead incident investigation and ensure corrective actions ✅ Project Support Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors Monitor adherence to safety and quality standards during execution Support vendor evaluation and compliance audits Ensure readiness for client inspections and certifications Provide periodic quality & safety reports to stakeholders 🔹 Required Skills & Experience 8–12+ years of experience in Quality & Safety (QA/QC + HSE) Must have experience in: IBMS / ELV / BMS systems Data Center project execution environment Strong knowledge of: Quality standards (ISO, QA/QC processes) Safety standards (EHS guidelines, OSHA practices preferred) Experience in site audits, inspections, and compliance management Strong stakeholder coordination & documentation skills 🔹 Educational Qualification B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Certification in Safety (NEBOSH / IOSH) preferred ISO / Quality certification is an advantage 🔹 Preferred Profile Candidates from IBMS/Data Center project background only Exposure to hyperscale / critical infrastructure projects Strong understanding of datacenter safety protocols & uptime criticality 🔹 Reporting Reports to: Project Head / Quality & Safety Lead Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
