JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, standards, and regulations.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents.
• Assist in selecting contractors and suppliers.
• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate contractual terms.
• Manage contractual correspondence and claims.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures.
• Conduct regular cost-value reconciliations.
• Identify and report variances and cost overruns.
• Assess and quantify variations and change orders.
• Negotiate adjustments with stakeholders.
• Track project progress and update financial forecasts.
• Prepare interim and final cost reports.
• Finalize accounts with clients and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual and legal requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Provide commercial advice and support to project teams.
