We are driven by a commitment to quality, innovation, and timely delivery.We are currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage tender and contract documentation, including BOQs.
• Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the Estimation Department to ensure accurate project cost data.
• Monitor project progress and prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts.
• Track project expenditures and support cost forecasting and cash flow management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and assessment of claims and variations.
• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in commercial and contractual administration.
• Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
