We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying or a related field within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in cost control measures and financial reporting within construction projects.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Prior experience working on construction sites is advantageous, providing practical insights into project execution.
