Work Location: Hybrid remote in Reigate RH2 9A

Responsibilities

· Own the resource request email inbox and CRM Labour Booking Request queue
· Responsibility for Engineers’ Time Recording / CRM Admin
· Project Resource Forecasting
· Utilisation Reporting / Monthly Reporting
· Maintain established meeting routine for 121s, team calls and meetings
· Project Incident & Lessons Learned Logging
· Main point of contact for Schedule related complaints and queries
· Coordinate non-Project Managed works
· Project related kit / engineer hotel ordering
· Own and maintain the project engineering staff development document
· Support our HR, InfoSec and Compliance teams in the auditing of the department for our business’ compliance certification requirements
Salary £28k DOE
