We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Resource Scheduler to join our team in Cambridgeshire. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in a resource scheduling or project coordination role.
• Working knowledge of DepotNet is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Maintain and update resource planning tools, particularly within the DepotNet system.
• Coordinate and schedule resources across multiple projects to ensure effective allocation and utiliation.
• Work closely with project managers and team leads to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor resource availability and flag potential conflicts or issues in advance.
• Generate and distribute resource schedules, reports, and forecasts.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes and tools.
• Ensure clear communication of schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders.
