️ What You’ll Be Doing
As our Project Safety Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind a culture of safety on-site. From conducting inspections and training sessions to investigating incidents and ensuring compliance, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things safety.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain safety records, statistics, and compliance
  • Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks
  • Lead safety orientations and training for new and existing workers
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management to ensure safety is integrated into every task
  • Promote a proactive, safety-first mindset across the site
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for all safety activities

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 2 years of field safety experience in industrial construction
  • Post-secondary training in Health & Safety
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to lead and influence
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working shift rotations in a dynamic, hands-on environment

Salary Range: $52 per hour
