Position Summary: We are seeking driven and technically skilled sales engineers to join our installation team, specializing in either HVAC or plumbing and piping solutions. The Project Sales Engineer is responsible for driving growth by identifying opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering customized solutions that meet clients’ needs. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and relationship builder with a proven record in sales, and the ability to confidently navigate technical conversations with a wide range of customers.

• Identify, develop and maintain relationships and business opportunities with residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct client site visits to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate systems and solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals, technical presentations, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and handoff.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and energy efficiency solutions.
• Participate in kickoff meetings and support planning efforts for key installations or service jobs.
