JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive – Projects to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project-based sales within the construction, architectural, or building materials sector. This role requires strong networking skills, the ability to influence key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to driving sales across major projects in the region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of project sales experience in the UAE construction or architectural industry.
  • Strong professional network of consultants, contractors, and developers in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop project sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Present and promote the company’s architectural and building products to project decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to project execution and post-sales follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, procurement) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, project updates, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
