QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years of UAE-based, project-oriented sales experience.
  • Preferably in window treatments, motorized shading, smart automation, or interior fit-out sectors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of curtain/blind systems, automation integration, and architectural drawings.
  • License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project documentation, proposal development, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to drive business growth for our premium window treatment solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project-based sales and a consultative approach to delivering tailored shading and automation systems from concept through completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with architects, consultants, contractors, designers, and project stakeholders to generate new business leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and track a healthy pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Sales Closure: Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that lead to project wins and achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
