JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Project Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our wide range of tiles and building materials to key stakeholders in the construction and renovation sectors. You will manage relationships with architects, builders, developers, and contractors to secure large-scale projects and ensure a steady flow of orders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in sales, with a strong background in Marble Sales with valid UAE DL.
  • Strong understanding of the construction process, project timelines, and procurement procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and project locations as needed.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of building materials, tiling solutions, and their technical applications.
  • Familiarity with construction industry trends, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and target potential project clients (contractors, developers, architects, etc.) within the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Project Sales: Develop and close sales for major construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio (tiles, building materials, etc.) and provide technical guidance and solutions to clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Offer tailored product solutions based on client needs, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and project updates for management.
