Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Regional State Manager (QLD/NSW/ACT), we are looking for someone who will interact with internal and external customers, supporting with the resolution to complex situations. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step from Customer Service, or is looking for a career pathway into a Sales or Technical role.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Estimation and Quoting:
  • Asses tender requests, analyse mechanical specifications and perform calculations with selection software
  • Generate system quotations
  • Develop and submit comprehensive quotation packages to clients
  • Commercial Order management and Project Support:
  • Convert new orders, validate project requirements, and reflect information accurately in system
  • Track orders throughout the build process to ensure timely delivery aligning with customer requirements
  • Customer Support:
  • Own and manage incoming enquiries via Email and Phone
  • Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Quotation Pipeline Support:
  • Proactively follow up on submitted quotations to monitor their status and address customer enquiries
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to provide timely updates on opportunities and pipeline progress
