Description ASN Constructors is a joint venture of three international contractors (Acciona, Shikun & Binui and North American Construction Group) who will work with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and other area stakeholders to build a historic project that will protect the citizens of the Fargo-Moorhead area from flood waters from the Red River. The Project Scheduler is responsible for supporting the Planning/Scheduling department in daily, weekly, and monthly required tasks. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain excel sheets required for weekly schedule tasks in reporting and monitoring Create histograms in Excel from different data Create dashboards from different data in Excel and Power BI Develop and maintain weekly reports in Excel and Word format Acquire knowledge in Primavera software (planning) Communicate with different team members within Planning Team and other departments within the project organization to receive inputs required for schedule and reporting Capture in excel and word inputs from different team members within the project organization Develop presentations in Power Point Export/Import data from different software to/in Excel Maintain scheduling logs updated in weekly basis Generate regular progress reports Demonstrate a proactive approach to the project team Other related duties assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: High proactivity Demonstrate good interpersonal teamwork and communication skills Bring value to the Team with the knowledge in Microsoft tools (Power Point, Excel and Word), databases and/or automation of tasks Willing to learn project scheduling technics in Primavera software (P6) Able to read construction drawings Technical writing is an asset Power BI knowledge is an asset Attention to detail towards thoroughness, accuracy, and consistency when accomplishing tasks Qualifications Provable experience or qualification in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and Power Point) High School diploma required Any bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience is preferred but not a must One year of experience working with Primavera required Previous experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred but not a must Experience on multidisciplinary teams is preferred but not a must Requirements Work Environment: This position is an office position which will include work at a desk and use of email, Microsoft Office, and various other software as required Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time ASN Constructors and all its affiliate companies are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
