POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to drive timeline management for our complex, high-stakes data center developments. You’ll plan, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6, closely aligning field execution with strategic milestones. This role is key to project transparency, proactive risk mitigation, and on-time delivery across all phases of EPC construction.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3–5 years as a Project Scheduler in EPC or large-scale industrial/commercial construction.
  • Prior involvement in data center, MEP-intensive, or mission-critical infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with Primavera P6 (a must).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera Risk Analysis, or equivalent).
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of schedule logic, network analysis, resource levelling, and float calculation.
  • Excellent reporting, visual schedule presentation, and timeline interpretation skills.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Effective communicator—capable of engaging both operational teams and senior leadership.
  • Organized, solution-oriented, and adept at working within tight project timelines.
  • Certifications (a plus):
  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or equivalent.
  • Primavera P6 Professional Certification.
  • Additional project controls / risk management certifications a bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, spanning design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendent teams to establish activity sequencing, production rates, and resource loading.
  • Track schedule performance against milestones; produce regular reports (e.g., S-curves, milestone charts), and highlight variances.
  • Facilitate schedule reviews and Risk Analysis workshops, recommending mitigation strategies for delays or resource constraints.
  • Update the Critical Path Method (CPM); manage schedule baselines and revisions.
  • Ensure alignment between schedule, budget, and procurement deliverables.
  • Deliver clear, visual timeline deliveries for stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Maintain project controls data integrity, version control, and documentation best practices.
  • Drive schedule discussions in project meetings, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and commitments.
  • Support integration of schedule with cost and progress reporting systems (e.g., Procore, ERP tools).
