Job Description Develop and maintain contract-stage schedules from award through close-out, integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning into a single coherent plan Apply CPM analysis and float management to identify risks and opportunities early, advising Project Directors on mitigation strategies Prepare progress reports, S-curves and deviation analyses for internal and contractual audiences, keeping customers, partners and suppliers informed Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures; maintain a robust as-built schedule documenting baseline versus actual execution Support onboarding and mentoring of Project Schedulers and provide schedule representation with external partners and clients Qualifications 3+ years in project scheduling within an EPC environment, with solid knowledge of civil and plant business across the full lifecycle Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with solid MS Office skills and knowledge of PM methodologies Ability to apply CPM and float management to complex multi-discipline schedules and translate data into clear recommendations Strong verbal and written proficiency in English Bachelor's Degree of Science or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline Additional Information Employee perks, benefits Employment contract for an indefinite period + 13th Salary Annual Bonus Flexible working time (core time 9-3:00) Home Office possible 2 days a week Extra days of leave Sick Days Recreation allowance Referral Program Travel allowance The third pillar of the pension scheme Support for professional and career growth, education and training *Eligibility for benefits is subject to internal rules Compensation Basic wage component (gross): 2 200 EUR/month This amount is our minimal offered salary.
