Join our team as a Senior Construction Scheduler / Project Controls Analyst and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our most critical construction projects. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling and project controls.
  • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Resident Management System (RMS).
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, TIAs, and federal construction contract requirements.
  • Experience with USACE projects and DOD SAFE protocols preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
    Preferred Certifications: PMP, PSP, CCM
    The incumbent in this position can typically expect to sit and use his/her hands to handle and feel for more than 1/3 of the day. He/she can expect to stand or walk for more than 2/3 of the day. Talking and listening are also expected for more than 2/3 of the day. The ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, or reach with arms will be needed for less than 2/3 of the day.
    This position requires that the incumbent be able to lift items up to 70 pounds on an infrequent basis.
    The incumbent in this position should have clear vision at 20 inches or less. He/she should be able to view various reports and forms as well as information displayed on a computer monitor and have the ability to distinguish between different colors. Depth perception, peripheral vision, the ability to focus, and the ability to see from a distance are also necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Analysis: Monitor and review all construction schedules (Preliminary, Initial, Monthly Updates, Narratives, S-curves). Integrate analysis into RMS Milestones, Placement Curves, and Status Sheet Reports. Ensure accurate documentation in RMS or via DOD SAFE.
  • Risk Management: Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis. Provide monthly risk summaries in USACE Risk Register format.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Validate contractor S-curves and ensure accurate financial forecasting. Provide variance analysis and commentary in RMS.
  • Claims Analysis: Review and validate contractor Time Impact Analyses (TIAs). Conduct prospective and forensic schedule impact assessments. Support government negotiations, preparing Pre-Negotiation Objectives and Price Negotiation Memoranda.
  • Internal TIA Creation: Develop internal TIAs for contract modifications and “what-if” scenarios. Coordinate with COR, field offices, and stakeholders to resolve schedule issues.
  • Training & Support: Deliver monthly 2-hour virtual training sessions on Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices. Provide supporting documentation and technical assistance to Europe District staff.
  • RMS Updates: Ensure monthly updates to RMS schedule milestones, placement curves, and status sheets reflect accurate construction and BOD dates.
