We are looking for you

Project Scheduler (m/f/d) for construction projects in Hamburg or Offenbach am Main


Your tasks:

  • You create and maintain detailed schedules for construction projects , from the concept and planning phase to completion and commissioning.
  • You translate planning and construction processes into reliable schedules , keeping dependencies and preliminary work in mind.
  • You perform target/actual comparisons , monitor project progress, and identify deviations early on.
  • You analyze dependencies, critical processes and schedule risks and develop suitable countermeasures together with the project team .
  • You coordinate work packages, milestones and interfaces closely with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • You will create meaningful schedule reports, forecasts and status information for the project management and other decision-makers.
  • You are keen to develop your skills in the field of Lean Construction and to actively shape modern, collaborative working methods .

Responsibilities

Your profile:

  • You have a completed degree in civil engineering - ideally with a specialization in construction management/construction economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in the construction industry – ideally around 7 years and with a focus on scheduling or project management.
  • Ideally, you have accompanied at least one project through several phases, from design to completion or commissioning.
  • You have sound knowledge of a common scheduling software , such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • You think analytically, work in a structured manner , and maintain an overview even in complex project situations.
  • You communicate clearly and reliably , bring together different project stakeholders, and set priorities in a targeted manner .
  • You work independently and proactively develop solutions for challenges in the project process.
  • Your German skills are fluent enough for negotiations , at least at level C1.
