Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Develop, manage, and update the Master Project Schedule for all construction disciplines (CSA, MEP, ID, FF&E) using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and hotel operator requirements. Monitor project progress on-site, coordinate with discipline leads to capture actual updates, analyze variances, and highlight delays, risks, and recovery actions. Prepare and issue schedule reports, look-ahead programs, progress dashboards, and critical path analyses for management, consultants, and client stakeholders. Evaluate contractor baseline schedules, method statements, progress claims, and extension-of-time (EOT) submissions to ensure accuracy, validity, and contractual compliance. Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper sequencing of construction activities, identify potential clashes, and provide mitigation strategies to keep the project on track. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline. 8–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for construction projects, with strong preference for hotel, hospitality, luxury mixed‑use, or high‑specification developments. Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning/scheduling software. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, major hotel project workflows (CSA to MEP to ID to FF&E), and multi‑disciplinary coordination. Experience in analyzing delays, preparing EOT justifications, and supporting contract administration.
